Well, I think that says it all. It is hot, but I am not going to complain! Speaking of hot, I have in front of me the schedule of everything that is going on in the Jr, High from right now (nothing happening right now) to September. Yes, that's right a full 5 months of planning for you to feast your eyes on. Check it out, share it with your kids, use this schedule to plan a date night! I want you all to know that I am really excited for the summer and all that will go on. Of course, I am still working out some odds and ends and will share more information soon. So here we go...
June 1st- The Season Finale of Friday Night Alive! That's right, we will be having this special Friday Night Alive at my house.
Stay tuned for directions if you have not already gotten them. We will be having fun on the lake and enjoying a
cook out to close up this season of Friday Night Alive. It begins at 7:00pm and wraps up at 8:30.
June 17th- Last Jr. High Sunday Morning until September 16th!
June 23rd- 8th Grade Graduation Celebration- stay tuned its going to be fun! (This is for the 7th graders to attend as well!)
July 11th thru August 22nd- Jr. High Summer Begins! More details coming soon. New 7th Graders are invited!
July 22nd -July 27th- Jr. High Missions Trip to Maine!
August 11th- Trip to Six Flaggs! That's right not Five Flaggs, Six Flaggs!
August 12th- Youth Missions Sunday (one service)
September 9th- Student Ministries Parent meeting. (If you are reading this blog, you should come. We may even have food!)
September 16th- 1st Jr. High Sunday Morning of the Fall!
September 21- Season premire of Friday Night Alive!
