School is out! (Well for almost everyone!)
It is that time of year, where children all aroud the country anxiously await freedom. No more homework, no more school lunch, no more going to bed early! For a couple of months life seems to be as it should be! Well we have a large group of 8th graders who are graduating into the High School. Big life changes are ahead. I will be honest and say that I truly am going to miss all of the 8th graders. I have been able to see some of them start to grow taller than me, but I have also seen them begin the process of maturing into incredible young men and women. It has been a pleasure and honor to say that I was able to minister to these students. With this said I want to remind you all of the 8th Grade Graduation Celebration this Saturday June 23rd at 6:00pm at FCCH. I wanted to take time to celebrate who these kids are and send them out of Jr. High in style. I want each of them to feel celebrated and encouraged to keep following Christ in this time we have together. Families are invited as well! I would love for the families of the 8th graders to be there to celebrate along with us! Since I am planning to recognize each of the 8th graders I need to know who will be there. If you would like to come and celebrate please RSVP to Andrew at andrew@fcch.org ASAP! By the way I would love for the 7th graders to come out as well! I want them to see what they have to look forward to next year! I look forward to seeing you all there!
