(Syn)ergy Part 1

Just to keep you all in the loop, the Sunday Morning Jr. High Ministry will be participating in the most recent (syn)ergy series at FCCH. This coming Sunday will be the kick off that will focus on the importance of using our time wisely. I am sure all of us could benefit from taking a look at how we spend our time! Below are several scripture references we will be using on Sunday Morning. Feel free to use these as a springboard for conversation with your teens!

New Small Groups

Small groups have been a big part of FCCH for a while now. We in the Jr. High ministry figured it was time we caught up with the times! Starting this Fall we are starting our first Jr. High small groups. These groups are designed to provide a place to get into the Word, experience prayer with peers and just have a good time hanging out with some new and old friends. If these groups are something that you think your child would have an interest in be sure that they sign up soon. The first meetings of the groups will occur on Sept. 24 th. An email will be sent to all Jr. High parents with a sign up form attached. Talk to your child to see if this is something that they would be interested in. As this year gets rolling, the entire Jr. High staff hopes that your children have an awesome experience in the Jr. High ministry this year. Our goal is that they have the opportunity to know Jesus Christ more and more throughout this entire year!
